About me

Feel at home in your body.

I started out in rhythmic gymnastics, which shaped how I see movement. A precise, expressive, and demanding sport in the best way. After practicing for years, I became curious about what was happening behind the performance: how the body adapts, why it breaks down, and how it recovers from injury after injury.

My curiosity led me to study physiotherapy, where I learned to look at movement from a scientific and structural point of view.

Over time, I realized I wanted to work more directly with people on building strength and confidence rather than just fixing injuries. Training became the bridge between both worlds, the discipline of sport and the understanding of physiology.

Now, I coach with that mix of performance background and physio insight, helping clients move better, train smarter, and actually enjoy the process.

If you’re interested in training together, the first step is a quick chat or intake session to get a sense of your goals, movement history, and what you’re looking for. You can reach out through the contact form.
